Upon graduating magna cum laude from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma Washington, Sherman native Mark Sudderth returned to Texas to attend Baylor Law School, where he graduated “highest ranking” in November 1989.
After practicing civil litigation with a Fort Worth defense firm for five years, Mr. Sudderth switched to representing injured individuals and families against negligent corporations, physicians, and insurance companies. He has successfully represented multiple claimants in complex litigation involving professional malpractice, construction injuries, and bad faith insurance practices. Mr. Sudderth joined the firm in 2000 and continues to concentrate on pursuing compensation for victims of catastrophic injury and death.
Mr. Sudderth is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is married, lives in Tarrant County, and has two children.
