Two and half years ago a Fedex Ground Driver killed a member of The Hills Church on August 7, 2018. The FedEx GROUND driver rear-ended at high speed an automobile driven by Anita Brock on I-35 near 114. Anita was survived by her three children. A lawsuit was filed by Chuck Noteboom alleging that the driver was an unsupervised and untrained contract driver on his cell phone at the time of the accident. He was not a driver for FedEx Express, instead driving on contract for FedEx GROUND. According to the lawsuit on file, FedEx GROUND has a much higher accident and death rate than FedEx Express. Noteboom has run several ads looking for witnesses against FedEx GROUND. The corporate attorneys have attempted to get a gag order against NOTEBOOM to stop the ads.
