About Clinton
Clinton Quisenberry is a litigation attorney representing clients in personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters. Clinton brings over a decade of experience defending national commercial clients to the representation of individuals and families facing life-altering injuries. Having served as trial counsel for large corporations in high-stakes litigation across the country, Clinton uses his extensive defense background to strategically advocate for plaintiffs throughout Texas.
Before joining the firm, Clinton defended national corporate clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including jurisdictions in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston, and Seattle. His previous practice included representing clients in complex litigation involving business disputes, construction defect, employment, and healthcare law.
Clinton is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association.
Clinton earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
Originally from Fort Worth, Clinton is proud to return to his hometown to serve clients throughout Texas. Outside of the office, Clinton enjoys spending time outdoors and making weekend trips to his family’s ranch outside Seymour, Texas.
